I am Course Director for MSc User Experience Design, and lead a Ux research group focussed on multi-channel online services. I do commercial work in between.

My aim is to make everyday technology easier to use. Ux is a fascinating subject. I like to explore it to the full, take a multi-disciplinary approach, and to keep getting better every year!
