I am so excited to be a Trailblazer and to be teaching 2nd grade this year at Deerfield Elementary. This is my 9th year in education and my 5th year teaching 2nd grade.

I was born and raised in South Carolina and moved to Lexington two years ago. I am married and have 2 children. My family and I love spending time on the water, going for bike rides, and cheering on the Clemson Tigers.

I have a BA in Communications and a MAT in Early Childhood Education. Instilling a love for learning in children is my passion and I'm thankful I get the opportunity to do that on a daily basis.
