Hello! My name is Farhan Zaman, a dedicated and driven individual with a diverse background in entrepreneurship, customer service, human resources and talent acquisition. I am a graduate with a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree, majoring in Human Resource Management (HRM) from Shanto-Mariam University of Creative Technology.

I have gained valuable experience across different sectors, including:

• Talent Acquisition Business Partner at Flowmingo (Singapore) , where I build and activate HR and corporate networks to generate high-quality business leads and manage end-to-end relationship development with HR leaders and hiring teams.
• People Ops Intern at ShopUp (Dhaka) , where I support end-to-end recruitment, including CV screening, interview coordination, candidate tracking, employee engagement activities, internal communications, and HR events.
• Data Enumerator for the UNDP Bangladesh FutureNation Program , where I conducted surveys on entrepreneurial aspirations with 20 participants, evenly split by gender, administering structured questionnaires with clarity and accuracy.
• Human Resources Intern at Augmedix (Dhaka) , where I collaborated with cross-functional teams, conducted G1/screening tests, and sourced applicants from multiple platforms.
• Intern at ICAB (The Institute of Chartered Accountants of Bangladesh) , where I assisted in articleship placement coordination, data entry, documentation management, and record keeping for the Education & Student Affairs Division.
• Customer Service Agent at Genex Infosys Limited (Grameenphone) , where I handled high-stakes client interactions with empathy and professionalism, ensuring issue resolution while preserving and strengthening business relationships.

Beyond academics and work, I have the honor of serving as the President of the DBA Communication Club, where I continue to strengthen my leadership, teamwork, and communication abilities. During my involvement, one of my key achievements was serving as the Chief Organizer of the 3rd International Business Olympiad at SMUCT, where I successfully coordinated participants, stakeholders, and events on an international scale.

I was recently selected as a Youth Representative for the World Food Forum (WFF) Youth Representatives Programme, 2nd Cohort, representing both Bangladesh and my university on a global stage. This milestone has given me the platform to collaborate with youth leaders worldwide and share my voice on pressing global issues.
