I am currently pursuing my master’s degree in the Department of Dairy Science at Bangladesh Agricultural University (BAU), with a research focus on dairy microbiology and the development of value-added dairy products such as cheese and other fermented items.
In addition to laboratory research, I bring practical field experience, having reared four dairy cows from 2016 to 2019, which deepened my understanding of animal husbandry, milk production, and farm-level management.
Prior to this, I completed my B.Sc. in Animal Husbandry, with a research focus in Poultry Science, which provided me with a strong foundation in animal-based food systems and production efficiency.
Through a blend of hands-on practice and academic research, my work aims to enhance product safety and innovation in the dairy industry. I am dedicated to advancing sustainable dairy practices through rigorous research and practical application.
