I started out writing software. Then I moved into retail, then marketing, then entrepreneurship. People sometimes call that reinvention. I'd call it building — because nothing I learned was ever wasted.

The logical thinking I picked up as a programmer still shows up in how I approach a marketing brief. The communication skills I developed at Tally, where I spent nearly a decade leading marketing communications, still shape how I write a poem or open a talk.

I co-founded FableSquare, a marketing agency in Bangalore, in 2015. I write poetry and children's short stories. I'm working on a book about storytelling in business. I speak at forums on branding, marketing, and the quiet power of a well-told story.

The thread running through all of it is the same: find the story, tell it honestly, and trust that it will connect.

Grew up in Mulki, Karnataka. Live in Bangalore. Happiest when travelling, spending time with my pets, family and friends or with a good book.
