I hold an MBA in Project Management from the University of North Alabama and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing Management, with a passion for business management and analytics. I am also a certified Scrum Master, bringing expertise in agile methodologies to my work. My research focuses on leadership, business analytics, healthcare management, artificial intelligence, and inflation. I explore how transformational leadership can enhance organizational performance and engagement, while my work in business analytics aims to improve efficiency through data-driven decision-making. I am particularly interested in leveraging AI to mitigate healthcare fraud and enhance patient outcomes. Additionally, my research on inflation evaluates U.S. monetary policies to provide insights for economic stability and growth.
