I love it when you can get people to work together to solve a shared problem or, better yet, achieve a better outcome for all involved.

Horses and boats have taught me a lot about working in harmony with forces greater than myself. And I dearly love learning from both.

It all, usually, comes down to finding the simple patterns that describe seemingly complex problems. Which frees you from the stultifying effect of complexity on action.

Which is in direct contrast to my dear friend Brad who gleefully finds complexity in the simplest things ... sigh!
