Md Hashimi Mehtab

Hi, I am Md Hashimi Mehtab, a B.Tech Mechanical Engineer with over 7 years of experience as a QA/QC Engineer in the Oil & Gas, Petroleum, and Chemical industries. Currently, I am working with ARC ENGG L.L.C in the UAE, where I am responsible for ensuring quality compliance in piping, structural, and pressure vessel projects.

I have strong hands-on experience in fit-up inspection, welding inspection, and NDT activities including DPT, MPI, and RT film interpretation. I regularly handle client inspections and maintain professional interaction with clients regarding inspection activities, quality concerns, and project documentation.

I prepare and review ITPs, WPS, and PQRs, ensuring all activities are executed in accordance with international codes and standards such as American Society of Mechanical Engineers (ASME) and American Welding Society (AWS).
I am confident in reading and interpreting engineering drawings including isometric drawings and P&ID diagrams. I have also led inspection teams, coordinated with production and site teams, and ensured smooth workflow while maintaining strict quality standards.

Having worked in India, Qatar, and the UAE, I am adaptable to multicultural environments and capable of handling responsibilities independently. My strengths include leadership, strong documentation control, technical understanding, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities.
