Hi, I’m Mduduzi. I’m a student living in Johannesburg, South Africa. I am a fan of education, technology, and entrepreneurship. I’m also interested in fitness and music.I am young teacher, the culture of my teaching is that which makes me a lifelong learner who teach younger learners in a manner that does not demonstrate unilateral power in me but that which also recognizes and ensures that my learners are active participants in their own learning. I am a professional which is informed by a body of knowledge subject content and the CAPS policy and a commitment to a code of ethics that set professional working terms, code of conduct values, tasks and responsibility within any learning environment I find myself in. Hence, I am reflective practitioner who understand that I am confronted with daily ethical issues and must take immediate ethical decisions that are neutral as possible to better and benefit the learning environment and the learning process.

Myteaching philosophy is based on the constructivists approach of teaching andlearning that challenges the purpose of teaching as transmission of fact andvalues and thereby calling for the encouragement in creation of knowledge bylearners in a learning environment where learners are not passive recipients ofknowledge but rather actively involved and in charge of their learning, forthem to construct their own correct meaning of what they are learning
