I graduated from Saint Michael's College in the spring of 2011 with a Bachelor's Degree in psychology and a minor in Religious Studies. At Saint Michael's I was involved with leadership roles such as being a resident assistant and an orientation leader. Being involved in these activities taught me skills that cannot be learned in the workplace. They taught me to be disciplined yet spontaneous, strong yet empathetic and organized yet creative.
I am a dedicated problem-solver demonstrating strong customer service skills, forward thinking, leadership, and self-sufficiency. I have superior organizational, interpersonal, written and oral skills. My specialties include customer service, microsoft office, written editing, event planning, office administration, youth leadership, team leadership and organization. I belive it is important to be innovative in the workplace; following the guidlines that have been given but always working on ways to improve upon them.
