I am returning to what I love the most, restaurant consulting. I love working the front of the house and making sure guests have a wonderful dining experience. Service is key.
I started in the restaurant business at age 15. It is true it does get in your blood.
All my ventures have been service related. It is my niche. Marketing and promotion come easy to me. It keeps me awake at night planing my next move.
While living in Colorado I worked for the Dale Carnegie Training Institute.
I owned an operated several weight loss franchises in the late 80's in CA, Oregon and Colorado.
Then back to managing restaurants.
Currently I own a Travel Agency. I am lucky to have clients from all parts of the country and all ages. I love knowing that I have helped someone plan the perfect trip..for them.
While I will be doing restaurant consulting, I will continue on with my travel consulting.
As it has been said we will have plenty of time to sleep down the road.
