Shawn Lim

I started my career in the Advertising/Media industry, as a Social Media Community Manager.

Now, I'm living out my childhood dreams as a sports journalist.

I love social media, but I love writing even more. I have written for The CrossFit Games, Global Voices Online and The Online Citizen.

I'm currently the Sub Editor for Voxsports, a member of Sunset+Vine Asia (Digital) family and a Photojournalist as well.

I can't describe the feeling of producing a piece of work that has my byline and pictures. It's an amazing feeling.

The highlight of my career so far is going to Japan with the Singapore National Under-23 football to cover their training for SEA Games 2015 as a journalist and photojournalist.

As production partners with Singtel for their coverage of the SEA Games 2015, I got to experience the role of a producer and saw the production and post-production aspects of Broadcast Television.

Did I mentioned that I'm only 10 months into my job? All glory to God :)
