Meech Yehia

Hi, I’m Meech. I’m a Victoria-based acupuncturist with a deep love for nervous system support, facial acupuncture, digestion, sleep, and emotional well-being. I graduated from Pacific Rim College with High Honors, but the things that shape me most as a practitioner come from life outside the classroom.

Nature is my happy place — whether I’m hiking around Vancouver Island, exploring new landscapes on my travels, or dancing whenever the moment feels right. These experiences remind me of the beauty of slowing down, listening deeply, and finding harmony in both movement and stillness.

My treatments are rooted in the same values: gentleness, curiosity, and a true respect for the mind–body connection. I’m here to support you in feeling grounded, calm, and capable in your own healing journey.
