Meena Shah

Meena has held senior roles as Head of Systems, Technical Consultant, Co-founder & Director. She has worked at C-level, is a TOGAF certified Enterprise Architect and has full Software Development Life Cycle.

Entrepreneurial, strategic and tactical, she successfully creates a roadmap, aligns business with technology, improves reliability, increases efficiency, value and seeks out a competitive edge.

With a collaborative style, she grows, nurtures and flourishes diverse teams to excel across an organisation.

She has been responsible for heading architecture, engineering and transformation of UK’s market leading online trading and settlements platform winning multiple prestigious awards. One of the first in the UK to build on Open Source Linux and Autonomous Grid.

She has also deployed £Multimillion Data Centre solutions.

At the start of her career, Meena graduated with a Computer Science BSc (Hons) degree and then joined a financial software house developing investment banking, trading and settlement systems. Her achievements led to key technical, project and team lead for the Halifax Share Dealing project which won the British Computer Society IS Elite Award of Excellence.

Meena has a variety of interests, too many to mention. She is a space enthusiast and hopes for the opportunity of flying on Virgin Galactic one day.
