Ashish is a certified AI practitioner with over 14 years of international experience spanning business consulting, artificial intelligence, supply chain management, and EdTech consulting. He is currently working with UKG managing the post live consulting services of the UKG Pro WFM (B2B SaaS) and leaning the AI Practice within the managed services India vertical. He had also worked with leading organizations such as Tata Consultancy Services (TCS), Accenture, Nokia, Su-Kam, and Jakson Group, working across diverse geographies including Sweden, China, the UK, and India.

Experienced leader specializing in driving large-scale digital transformation and functional operations within Global Delivery Centers. Proven expertise in managing end-to-end SDLC, consulting, system administration, and Application Development & Maintenance (ADM).

Ashish has successfully led teams of over 35 members and has served more than 80 global clients, consistently achieving over 95% in both Customer Satisfaction (CSAT). With understanding of billing, P&L & revenue, he also drives customer retention, operational excellence, and business transformation through AI and strategic consultancy.

His expertise extends to mentoring and he is a certified NexGen Mentor and is also a Mentor of Change for Atal Innovation Mission, an initiative by NITI Aayog, the think tank of the Government of India. Ashish has been instrumental in bridging the gap between academia and industry. In his endeavors, he has positively impacted over 100,000 students in 200+ institutions across India, especially the higher education segment which includes prestigious institutions like IIMs, IITs, and DU.

Ashish has received numerous accolades for his outstanding contributions. He was the first Indian to be awarded the prestigious Paul Fletcher Award in 2014 by the Institution of Engineering and Technology (IET)-UK in London. He has also been honored with the Karamveer Chakra Award, 40 Under 40- High Impact Manager Award and over 100 other awards for his initiatives in youth empowerment, green advocacy and corporate social responsibility (CSR).
