Ashish Kumar

Ashish is a highly accomplished individual with a diverse background in business consulting, supply chain management, educational consulting and green technology. With over 12 years of international experience, he has worked for renowned companies such as Tata Consultancy Services (TCS), Accenture, Nokia, Su-Kam and Jakson Group in countries like Sweden, China, UK, and India.

His expertise extends to mentoring and he is a certified NexGen Mentor at TCS and is also a Mentor of Change for Atal Innovation Mission, an initiative by NITI Aayog, the think tank of the Government of India. Ashish has been instrumental in bridging the gap between academia and industry. In his endeavors, he has positively impacted over 50,000 students in 150 institutions across India, including prestigious institutions like IIMs, IITs, and DU. He enjoys mentoring on various topics, including career building, excelling in corporate expectations, sustainable development, brand building, and industry-specific supply chain management.

Ashish has received numerous accolades for his outstanding contributions. He was the first and only Indian to be awarded the prestigious Paul Fletcher Award in 2014 by the Institution of Engineering and Technology (IET)-UK in London. He has also been honored with the Karamveer Chakra Award, 40 Under 40- High Impact Manager Award, Green Globe Award, Green India Award and over 100 other awards for his initiatives in youth empowerment, green advocacy and corporate social responsibility (CSR).

Ashish is actively involved with various NGOs, including Enactus, Energy Swaraj Foundation, The Institution of Green Engineers and Connecting Dreams Foundation. He volunteers and mentors in these organizations, leveraging his expertise and experience to make a positive impact.

Education-wise, Ashish completed his B.Tech in Electronics and Communications Engineering and also pursued a Certification Program in Business Management from the prestigious IIT Bombay. He holds multiple certifications in domains such as digital marketing, supply chain and lean Six Sigma.

With a passion for learning and professional growth, Ashish has visited over 100 manufacturing factories, including Indian Railways, Tata Motors, ITC, Bajaj etc. to gain insights into the best manufacturing practices, process optimization, and people management.
