Meg was Head of Marketing, Australasia for Air New Zealand, leading the marketing team in social media, retail, sponsorship, customer data & insights before leaving to be a better Mum to her two young sons and start up her own consultancy Smart Vitamin.

While in her role at Air New Zealand Meg earned the international social media accolade Simpliflying Hero of the month for the YouTube hit Fit to Fly Inflight Safety Video that was successfully seeded to hit more than 1 million views in it's first week, thanks to an exclusive launch by Mashable; a campaign that also contributed to Air New Zealand winning a top award for marketing at the Airline Strategy Awards in London in July 2011.

Meg is also a qualified Chartered Accountant, having worked as a Senior Auditor with Deloitte before moving onto more senior Finance roles with Air New Zealand.
