Megan DeLong

As the Director of Enrollment Management Services at Mercer University, I have the pleasure of serving our institution in a variety of ways:
-Developing retention initiatives for our non-traditional students
-Chairing the Quality Service Advisory Board, crafting university-wide service enhancements
-Providing creative solutions for our department such as video scripting and filming, speech writing, presentation design, and event planning

If I could change my title to read whatever I wanted, it would be "Resident Sail Raiser, Bridge Builder, and Fence Mender." I think my job, at its core, is to empower our students, faculty, and staff by helping them bridge the gap between what is and what could be. Mercer's mission is written on my heart: To teach, to learn, to create, to discover, to inspire, to empower, to serve.
