My name is Megan Mitchell, an undergraduate student at the University of Johannesburg. I'm currently pursuing a Bachelor of Education(BEd) degree in Senior and FET phase. My teaching majors are Afrikaans and History. I chose Afrikaans because of my passion for language and its role in uniting diverse communities, while History inspires me because it encourages critical thinking and helps learners understand the complexities of the world around them.

My motivation in life as an upcoming teacher is to create a positive and inclusive learning environment where every learner feels seen, valued, and empowered to reach their full potential. I believe that education is a powerful tool for transformation, and I am committed to nurturing young minds, building confidence, and fostering a love for learning that goes beyond the classroom.
