Megan Reid

I am a recent graduate of the Technical Writing Graduate Certificate Program at Algonquin College, with a passion for writing and communication. I also have a B.A. in Communication Studies/English Literature and an M.A. in English Literature -- from Carleton University.

Over the course of the year, I became well versed in technical documentation. I work collaboratively with colleagues in relation to the research, planning, and completion of technical material.

During my time as a student at Algonquin College, I gained knowledge of Adobe Acrobat Professional XI, FrameMaker 12, Microsoft Project, MadCap Flare, WordPress, Camtasia Studio 8 and Robohelp 11.
