Megan is a Licensed Associate Professional Counselor in the state of Georgia and practices within a therapeutic community under supervision and direction. She a member of and blogger for the American Counseling Association (ACA), as well as a professional verified member of Psychology Today. Megan is also a certified PREPARE/ENRICH couples counseling program facilitator.
Megan has enjoyed a wide range of experience that includes chaplaincy rotations in both a hospice and a women's prison, clinical counseling experience in a community crisis center, an adolescent unit at a psychiatric hospital, and an outpatient eating disorder center.
Amongst her areas of expertise are depression, anxiety, life transitions, grief & loss, spirituality issues and faith exploration, relationship issues, and disordered eating and eating disorders. Megan also has a specialized practice for couples [ENGAGE: Premarital Counseling Services] in which she enjoys offering premarital counseling to dating and engaged couples.
