Hello, I’m Megan.
My professional background is heavily positioned in the technology and management space. My focus is the customer’s experience and has been for 10 years. Strong service delivery is what I create and live by. I’m in my final year of Bachelor of Management and have been completing the degree alongside full time work in a leadership role (virtual and local technology service teams). My major is Organisational Psychology which I love because it helps me to really understand people.
My interests outside of work are broad, I enjoy new experiences, keeping active, challenging myself and socialising a great deal. I’ve taken a Making Social Media unit at Deakin University over Summer 2019 and my hope is to develop my social media skills, knowledge and online presence, so that I can later bring this to my future working life.
