Megan was born and raised in Southern California. As a young girl she visited San Francisco with her family and fell in love with the city, swearing to one-day move there. Megan was accepted to San Francisco State University and made the move. Megan earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Communicative Disorders and has since dedicated her career to helping enrich the lives of those in her community.

Megan has years of experience working within the non-profit sector in San Francisco, serving a wide range of individuals in the community. She is currently working as a Discharge Planner at The Jewish Home of San Francisco. Megan has enjoyed working with the geriatric population in a healthcare setting and plans to continue to further her career and education in Social Services.

Since November 2016, Megan has happily served as a board member and CFO of The Purse Project. The PPSF strives to meet the needs of body, mind and soul of those in the community through wish list fulfillment.

In her spare time Megan enjoys reading, cooking and spending time with family, friends and her dog, Max.
