Possessing decades of professional experience, Megan Pekich uses strategic marketing practices to drive revenue and growth for companies with a focus on the technology industry. Megan Pekich graduated from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign with a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and subsequently held a number of sales positions. She entered the marketing sector with Fellowes, Inc., where she first served as a Supply Chain Manager for Technology Accessories and later as a Product Marketing Manager for Mobile Technology Accessories. In this later position, she oversaw profits and losses for a $13 million accessory line and established annual budgets and marketing plans according to market trends and customer desire. She worked closely with the corporate market research group to determine new markets for the company’s products. Upon leaving Fellowes, Megan Pekich secured a position as a Senior Channel Marketing Manager for North America at NEC Solutions America and quickly earned a promotion to Senior Manager of North America Channel Marketing.
Most recently, Megan Pekich worked for VMware Inc., where she began as a Senior Manager in Partner Marketing. In this position, she collaborated with new North American corporate resellers to establish and execute marketing plans, including promotions and sales that she created in agreement with internal business units. She offered quarterly reports on metrics for each corporate reseller. In 2008 she earned a promotion to Group Manager of Partner Marketing, and she has served as a Senior Manager for Field Marketing of Service Providers in North America at the company since April 2011.
Outside of work, Megan Pekich enjoys reading and spending time with her children. She also regularly volunteers with a local charitable organization.
