I have been playing the piano since I was four, and it has become my life's passion. I developed an ear for music, and made trouble for my piano teachers by improvising when I should have been reading what was on the page. Even though I've earned a Masters in Piano Performance, I never quite fit the mold of the classical pianist I set out to become. I have found that Broadway is my favorite style, and have since trained as a Broadway singer. My education taught me what I'm not, but also gave me the skills to what I'm becoming: and hopefully, I'm becoming a better musician.
