Megan Vrooman, CNP
Colorado Springs, CO
After starting out studying business at Arizona State University, I quickly learned that I was more passionate about public service and serving my community. I began studying Nonprofit Management and Leadership. I received my bachelors and became a Certified Nonprofit Professional through the Nonprofit Leadership Alliance (www.nonprofitleadershipalliance.org).
I now live in Colorado Springs and work as the Research and Development Coordinator at USA Triathlon. Here I work with our member athletes to ensure that we are supporting their multisport lifestyle in every way. By facilitating focus groups, administering surveys, and communicating one on one with athletes, I recommend data-driven solutions to help each business unit be the best they can be! I also hold the role as the USAT Volunteer Manager at our national championship events around the country.
On the weekend I spend my free time volunteering, baking and hiking with my husband Andrew and boxer Roxy.
