Dr. Meghan N. Rivers, Ph.D. is a mentor, proven leadership and organizational behaviorist, and management consultant.

​She has a Business degree in Marketing from James Madison University, a Master’s Degree in Divinity and Organizational Leadership from Wake Forest University and a Post-Graduate Certificate in Non-Profit Management from the University of North Carolina –Greensboro, and a Ph.D. in Organizational Leadership and Behavioral Science from Regent University.

​Dr. Rivers considers her family's legacy of entrepreneurship, service, and leadership, as the greatest blessing of her life. Meghan is a founder, board member, or partner for many organizations. She has served in various local non-profit organizations, churches, corporations, and even hospitals, faithfully utilizing her gifts of strategy, writing, training, public speaking, and strategy to encourage others to live their best life now.

​She is the CEO and visionary of Light of Life International Ministries, Inc. (LOLIM), Flow Rivers Enterprises, and Light World Travels. The unified goal of each unique organization is to Teach, Train, and Transform lives.

Dr. Meghan often speaks to government, industry professionals, and faith leaders globally, and her presentations impact leaders in education, business, arts, media, government, and ministry development, assisting, training, and developing many in countries such as Italy, Israel, Kenya, Nigeria, Spain, Pakistan, Ethiopia, Costa Rica, and counting.
