Meghann has 15+ years of experience as an expert in using data analytics to identify the right messages for the right audiences, generating smart strategies for maximizing brand impact.

Meghann started her career with Spring International as the Sr. Project Director, managing market research services, assessments, focus groups, executive interviews and client engagement.

After, Meghann moved in-house to Healthcare Distribution Management Association (HDMA), a national association for healthcare supply chain safety. There, Meghann managed and supported all strategic communications efforts, including corporate communications, reputation management, and collateral development.

She then shifted to a global focus at the Entrepreneurs’ Organization (EO), a non-profit for leading entrepreneurs worldwide. As the Director of Communications, Meghann reinvented the global communications training for international leaders in 7 countries; managed all event communications; and developed a comprehensive traditional and social media strategy globally. She was instrumental in leading a rebrand, driving the communications value rating up by 22%.

Following EO, Meghann returned to the agency world. Coming on as their Senior Accounts Director, she joined the Curley Company, a boutique PR and event agency. She helped clients determine strategies to best serve their needs, while augmenting their internal resources with creativity and a hands-on approach to create impactful social media and reputation campaigns. Acting as a national spokesperson, she media trained Olympians Aly Raisman and Ashley Wagner, and led Curley’s billion-dollar client with reputation management efforts on Capitol Hill.

Moving back in-house, Meghann then became the Sr. Manager, Communications and Creative, for Frontpoint, a nationwide provider of interactive home security. At Frontpoint, she leads all corporate communications and culture efforts, including employee engagement and data, internal communications, public relations, creative branding, corporate social responsibility and company events.

Meghann holds a MS in Corporate and Organizational Communications from Northeastern University, a BA in Communications from Rutgers University, as well as certifications in Human Capital Strategy (HCI) and Entrepreneurship (MIT). She is also a class officer for Rutgers University, and past Chapter President of the International Association for Business Communicators for the Washington DC chapter (IABC/DC).
