Nearly a decade in publishing. A passion for technology. A master's degree in military history. Certification in neuroscience-based meditation. Experience with top-ranking technology, design research & UX firms. Teaching students from 10 to 80...

It all comes down to communication.

My work has been published on a variety of websites: CultureMap Dallas, WHERE Traveler, elephant journal, Earth911, LIVESTRONG, eHow, Honey Colony, The Alternative Daily, and more. I have also served as senior editor for Dallas-based Panache Partners, Inspired Intermedia, and Signature Publishing as well as the marketing editor for the Dallas-based UX design company, projekt202.

I currently work as the Neurosculpting Institute's Editorial Coordinator and am an integral part of the NSI Youth Program curriculum development team.

I hold a masters degree in military history with an 18-hour grad certificate in American history from American Military University. My undergraduate coursework is in history and psychology.

Through my diverse training and experience, I've gained a deeper understanding of how the stories we tell ourselves become our truth over time. I enjoy helping people create supportive, healthy, and positive stories for themselves and their brand.

I hold a tier 1 certification in Neurosculpting® meditation facilitation and a certification in Nutritional Therapy from The Health Sciences Academy.

I teach meditation classes online and in North Texas.
