At Nethradhama, Revenue went from ₹74 Cr to ₹110 Cr in under two years.. OPD doubled from 450 to 900 Patients a day.. BD went from zero to 25% of total Revenue.. and we built the #1 digital brand in Bangalore's eye care market — 33% organic share — from scratch. Before healthcare, I held 92% occupancy at Dubai Media City through the 2009 financial crisis.. built Svasa Homes into a luxury brand that doubled its price per sq ft without a single discount.. and founded Audio Republic in Dubai — launched 2010, profitable in 2 years, exited 2018.

Before Revenue strategy, there was media and music. I was on the startup teams at Radio Mirchi in India and Arabian Radio Network in Dubai — working as an RJ and launching City 101.6 FM and Hit 96.7 FM, both number one in their categories. I hosted events and produced live properties for Channel [v] at Star TV — 15 major roadshows a year and the annual Channel [v] Music Awards. At Zee Network in Dubai I produced Shah Rukh Khan's live world tour and the biggest NYE event in the city. At Seventy Event Media Group in Mumbai in the late 90s, I managed Lucky Ali, Shaan, Raageshwari and most of India's pop industry. That's also when I first worked with two young talented boys from Ahmedabad. One became Nucleya. The other became Bandish Projekt.

I grew up between two worlds. My Father was injured in the 1971 Bangladesh Liberation War and my Brother at Kargil War in 1999. My Parents were career Journalists, so we understood how the world actually worked long before most people do. Military school. NCC. Competitive Shooting Gold Medals. That upbringing is the reason I don't panic, don't spin and don't need to be the loudest voice in the room to get things done.

I believe business moves at the speed of trust. The best thing a leader can do is train people, give them what they need and then get out of the way.
