Hi, I’m Malte, an entrepreneur and technologist based in Hamburg.

I help companies solve complex technology challenges and turn digital strategy into practical results. This includes modernizing operations, simplifying processes, improving reliability, automating workflows, and identifying opportunities for digital growth and conversion optimization.

Most recently, I co-founded CROLabs, an AI-native platform we built to automate conversion optimization: from analyzing landing pages and identifying opportunities to testing improvements and measuring their impact.

I’m particularly interested in practical digital transformation, scalable technology, and making complex systems easier to operate.
