Meir Oster

My name is Meir Oster, and I’ve dedicated my life and career to helping people and building stronger communities. I was born and raised in Monsey, New York — a place that taught me the true meaning of compassion, responsibility, and connection. Those early experiences shaped the person I’ve become and continue to guide how I approach my work every day.

After earning my Master’s in Social Work (MSW), I began working with individuals and families who needed support, guidance, and understanding. I’ve always believed that small actions can make a big difference — a conversation, a moment of listening, or simply showing up when someone needs it most. My goal has never been about titles or recognition; it’s about making a real, human impact.

Over the years, I’ve learned that leadership isn’t about standing above others — it’s about standing beside them. I lead by example, with empathy, patience, and quiet consistency. Helping people isn’t just my profession; it’s who I am.
