Gabriele lectures in HRM/Organizational Behavior, Business Ethics, Innovation Management, International Business, Sales Management, Customer Experience/CRM and Entrepreneurship. A specialist in strategic business development, sales and corporate/key account management as well as post-merger-integration and change management, she has managed sales, change and customer development for companies that range from established Fortune 500 companies such as McGraw Hill Publishing and Siemens AG, to telecommunication companies aiming to grow their business, such as Telia, to start-up high security data center firms such as CityReach GmbH. She now shares her expertise, acquired over more than 25 years as chief-of-staff to heads of business units, project manager, corporate account manager and in-house consultant in the classroom.

In addition to an Executive MBA from Bradford University (UK) / NIMBAS Graduate School of Management (Netherlands/UK), Gabriele also holds a certificate in Coaching and Communication from the renowned Hendricks Institute, USA and has extensive specialty training in subjects ranging from benchmarking to change management. She speaks German and English fluently and has a good knowledge of French.

Gabriele is currently living and working in Prague, where she teaches at several universities, mainly the Anglo-American University.
