Background

Mekel Putu Edward was given birth in Tangerang, Banten and stayed in a common-class family in the packed city of Bekasi, West Java. His family decided to move to Indonesia's capital city, Jakarta and thus he strived for education there. Since young, he has has been taught by his parents to always work hard and do the best, whatever the sector is. “If we have done our best - what happens next is just God's plan,” said his father. Even though a great amount of effort will produce a great result, not all things go how we want it to be. We can't change fate. What we can do is maximize our ability in everything that we do, anything that results from that has dependence on God's decisions.
