Melva McGee
My name is Melva McGee; I’m the President and C.E.O. of Meladore Consultants Corp. I've always had an entrepreneur spirit and have worked in Corporate America for many years. When I graduated from college with a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemistry and no immediate job offers, I created myself a job. The first company I started was, “Cleaning my Way,” it was small janitorial company that only had 3 employees at the time and was quite successful; from there I went on to except a position as a Lead Chemist for a prominent food and drug company.
I absolutely enjoyed working in my field of study and continued to work and teach for 10yrs thereafter. Somehow, I never gave up on the ideal of being my own boss, as I mentioned earlier I’ve always had an entrepreneur spirit; so during those 10yrs and after I worked hard at learning and building my leadership skills to be the best at what I do. I won’t say that it wasn’t hard work; but the payoff is what mattered most.
In 2007, I started Meladore Consultants Corp. for the sole purpose of empowering professional individuals and inspiring small business owners with the information and opportunities for increasing their financial independence, all from the comforts of their homes.
In the past 8 yrs, our company has played a major role in the development and continual growth of over 50 work-at-home companies. We provide educational, marketing, mentoring and event planning assistance to our clients. Our goal is to continue providing workshop on “Starting and growing your work-at-home business”, “How to survive the first 3 years” and our most popular “IBO Bootcamp.”
