I'm an experienced teacher and writer living in Brooklyn, NYC.

I am currently seeking a job!

I want to make a difference in the lives of the socioeconomically disadvantaged children, and to work toward ending poverty and educational inequality.

I am seeking work in New York City as a middle/high school or community college teacher, or as a community organizer at a non-profit that serves an underprivileged population.

I grew up in central Maine and have lived everywhere from Cork, Ireland to Chicago, IL. I moved to Brooklyn in 2011 and fell in love with everything about this amazing borough - I don't ever plan to move.

Riding my bike all over Brooklyn is my favorite activity, and Coney Island is my true love. I speak Russian and French, and I am learning Yiddish.

In my free time, I volunteer at two non-profits in Manhattan and take writing classes at NYU. I am fully invested in real, accessible education for everyone!
