Hello there! I’m Melanie. I’m a graduate student at Georgia State University in a Masters of Education program to become a School Counselor. I am a fan of photography, arts, and fitness. I'm a vegetarian who enjoys yoga and music festivals.

I want to be a positive influence on youth by prioritizing self-care and mental health. Before graduate school, I worked as a Trainer at The Posse Foundation and a College Adviser for the Georgia College Advising Corps. I am excited to begin my career in the mental health field and I am currently enjoying my coursework at GSU.
