Melanie Gamble

Born out of her fight with breast cancer in 2009, Melanie Gamble, a former RE/MAX agent, wife and mother of three young sons, organized 212 Degrees Realty; where she is the Owner and Principal Broker.

In 2012 and 2013, DiversityBusiness.com recognized 212 Degrees Realty, LLC as one of the Top 50 Women Owned Businesses in the State of Maryland and one of the Top 500 African American Owned Businesses in the United States.

Melanie Gamble is a 2005 graduate of the Maryland Association of Realtors Leadership Academy and in 2012; she founded the African American Association of REO Brokers, Inc. In 2013, Melanie was asked to serve on the Board of Directors for the National REO Broker’s Association, Inc., making her the first African American woman to hold such a position. Melanie also serves as the Secretary for the Prince George’s County Chapter of the National Association of Real Estate Brokers, Inc.
