My last name may be Katz...but a dog will always be my best friend.

I am currently studying in my senior year as a fashion merchandising major at the University of Delaware. I am extremely keen on pursuing my own personal goals, for developing a sense of independence is very important to me. These goals seem to always, in one way or another, revolved around fashion, however; now that the time to consider my future is near approaching, coming up with a specific aspirational title seems harder to do. I do not want to settle, so I strive to experience as much as I can, throughout all different sectors of the industry. Buying, visual merchandising, marketing, retail selling...I want to establish a diversified resume in order to find where I really fit in.

I would love to further my fashion knowledge by studying and observing the industry's impact on a global scale. Getting the chance to see the world, is at the top of my "to do" list. After having the opportunity to live abroad in Barcelona, Spain for a semester, my appreciation for culture and the influence that it is has over individual representation and style has grown immensely. Being able to incorporate my passion for travel and eye for fashion into a future, personalized career (whatever that may be), is what I am aiming for.
