With more than 10 years experience in Real Estate, Melanie Kimpton has always used her worldly experience and business savvy to guide her as her career continues to flourish. Born in Quebec, she diligently worked her way up to become the Director of Sales for the highly reputable Griffintown, overseeing the sale of 2,500 condos in downtown Montreal. In 2009, her passion for life by the beach was her driving force as she founded a highly profitable vacation rental company in South Florida, becoming a key asset for international investors. Her expertise as a successful real estate advisor leads her to attain a first-class reputation with developers, investors and single-family buyers.

Melanie has worked in Europe, Asia, Australia, the Middle East, and the Caribbean but now has her goals set to continue the transformation of South Florida. She proudly joins One Sotheby's International Realty with the objective of bringing her distinguished level of service to South Florida locals as well as international clientele.

Née au Québec, Mélanie Kimpton, possède plus de 10 années d'expérience comme courtier immobilier à Montréal. En 2009, elle fonde « We Rent Paradise », une compagnie de location de maisons luxueuses en Floride. Depuis, elle a mis sur pied un concept unique d'achat et de revente de propriétés entre Montréal et le sud de la Floride dans le but d'assister des acheteurs et vendeurs à réaliser leur transaction dans un processus simple et efficace. Elle est fière de se joindre à la bannière Sotherby’s afin de répondre à la forte demande de sa clientèle intéressée à investir dans le marché immobilier de la Floride.
