Melanie Nightingale

I'm Melanie Nightingale. I am the author of the Practical Guidebooks for Busy Nurses series, published by Cape Dory Press, and available on Amazon.com.

I was a member of the nursing profession for over 25 years. I worked in geographical locations as far flung as Anchorage, Auckland, Djibouti London and Edinburgh, and held roles as varied as clinical nurse, nurse manager, academic lecturer, remote area nurse and nurse entrepreneur (amongst others). These days I divide my time between living in my incredibly small cottage outside of Falmouth in the UK, and sailing with my children on my equally small yacht, which I keep in Launceston, Tasmania. These days I am a full-time author. I like that, and intends to keep it that way for the rest of my life.
