Working as a Customer Relationship Manager within Technology Solutions, I manage reporting for RFID and EDI customers. I develop, implement and manage EDI query identification and escalation processes including query resolutions. Project management is role I play in implementing processes both internal and external.

Marketing the Technology Solutions department nationally, setting up road shows and events while presenting training and information on both RFID and EDI.

I was in a Business Development role for 4 years. In this role, I successfully gained new market share with customers doing cost analyses with customers improving their internal and external processes using Lean Methodologies, whilst at at the same time implementing our services and products into their processes and business. I am proficient with the Miller Heiman Sales Tool, am Six Sigma certified and hold a Marketing Diploma.
