I am an elementary library para-professional, working towards certification and a Master's in Library Information Science at the University of Central Missouri. I have a background in marketing and communications and a Bachelor's degree in English, with an emphasis in technical communications and a minor in Spanish.
As a future library media specialist, I promise to do my best to:
- Create a welcoming and collaborative space that meets the changing needs of all students and staff in the building.
- Teach students to use technology and digital resources as a tool to better understand and engage with their world.
- Foster a love of reading by ensuring our collection meets the diverse needs of all our students.
