I enjoy helping people to realize their potential as individuals and as members of a team. I’ve led teams and started businesses, but I also pitch in alongside my teammates to make it happen and get the work out. After years in management positions in HR and marketing, I went back to school at the University of California, Berkeley to overlay my business experience with academic studies in Psychology. Now, I bring to any challenge I take on a unique combination of knowledge, empathy, and real world work experience. I work well in pressure and I am practiced at turning lemons into lemonade.
