Melanie Williams

Melanie is a communications professional with a keen interest in internal communications. Currently, working as a Digital Producer at her alma mater, Quinnipiac University, she is responsible for overseeing and re-imagining the new intranet, while also taking an active role in the content management of the newly-designed external website.

As a professional, she is most passionate when her involvement includes writing, web development, and innovation.

She is a journalist at heart and still believes in the power of storytelling. She firmly believes the story behind every employee can be an impactful testimony to the collective power of the organization. As an internal communications professional, she looks to use those stories as empowerment, education, and engagement.
