life by design (Plymouth) was founded in 2012, with the belief that everyones needs are of the utmost importance and we all deserve to be happy, living the life we choose.

I began coaching following a career working with children and their families in the public sector. I undertook a life coaching course initially to use within my established career, however, the changes I made in my own life through coaching were phenomenal and led to setting up a coaching practice in Plymouth.

I began working as a coach with adults although I quickly re-discovered I really wanted to work with children. life by design (Plymouth) is now a thriving practice, seeing many children aged 7-17 each week. Most of these children have issues with confidence or problems with friendships and they don't always know how to make the changes needed. For others, it's about parents wanting to see changes with regard to negative behaviours, children often want these changes too but sometimes the negative 'rewards' outweigh the desire to make changes and parenting can become incredibly tough.

I also work in local primary schools, providing a 4 week confidence building programme to groups of up to 8 children aged 8 upwards. This has been hugely successful and is now in its 7th month, with more schools requesting the programme towards the end of this year.
