I am a anti-oppression leadership facilitator and somatic coach.

I specialize in supporting groups and individuals to explore questions of identity, power, risk, change and conflict transformation, while grounded in their embodied relationships to these topics.

Our bodies hold our emotions, history, trauma, and habits. I support folks to bring awareness to what their bodies hold and express, while teaching methods for harnessing embodiment to enact the change they wish to create in their work, lives, and relationships.

I am a certified embodiment coach. I have a background as a social entrepreneur, community developer, people developer, mediator, and crisis responder. Together, we can take on anything.
