Greetings!

I'm a seasoned digital strategist with 10+ years of accumulated expertise in:

• Customer service

• Digital marketing

• E-learning course and e-commerce management

• Digital content creation/implementation/curation

• CMS management

My current focus is web content strategy; I transform content into compelling digital stories, optimized across appropriate digital channels for a smooth and seamless user experience. I love helping clients amplify their voice in the vast, digital world by providing solutions that expand audience reach and grow brand awareness.

A forever learner and quick study, I’m constantly watching the latest digital trends, and look for any opportunity to learn a new program, system or device. Personal and professional evolution is a priority for me.

Offline, I have produced and stage managed theatrical productions within the Chicago Fringe Theater community for over 15 years. As the resident “Tech Goddess” for the Neo-Futurists Theater Company, I proudly founded the staff position of Technical Director, adding efficiency to the management and maintenance of the theater’s technical equipment. The position still exists today.

Additional superpowers include: inserting movie and television quotes when appropriate to comedic effect, reading anything I can get my hands on, playing with my cat Smidgen, or learning a new song on the piano or my ukulele, to name a few.

Whenever possible, I volunteer. I'm a huge animal lover, who also has ties to the cancer community, I primarily volunteer with PAWS Chicago, a no-kill animal rescue shelter, and Gilda’s Club, an organization that provides activities and support, free of charge, to cancer patients, survivors and caregivers.

I find I'm happiest and at my best when I can inspire others for the better. Both professionally, and personally. Tech, content and problem solving is kind of my jam.
