Melinda Torres, CEO/Producer at A&M Entertainment Latin Music Influential

Melinda Torres is founder and CEO of Art & Music Entertainment, a promotion and booking company that has worked with some of the most stellar acts in the Latin Alternative music community such as Mexican rock group Victimas del Dr. Cerebro.

Torres founded A&M Entertainment in 2002 with her partner Arturo Hernandez with the sole focus to work with and promote Spanish-speaking artists. Ten years later, the multi services company also produces its own events in which music and photography collide. "Women that Rock" is one the company's live event productions in which female talent in the areas of music, fashion and art are showcased.

With its "Latin Invasion Tour", Torres provides a platform for emerging artists to tour alongside established acts. Most recently, the Tour has branched out from southern California into Mexico and Europe.

With a passion for photography, Torres also co-founded "Creating an Image", a photography and makeup services company that captures special moments, one picture at a time.
