Melisa A. Rivera, MS is a leadership strategist, ecosystem architect, and founder of Creativa Impact Capital (CIC), a human-centered venture platform designing regenerative systems at the intersection of technology, leadership, education, and human potential.
With nearly two decades of experience across psychology, organizational leadership, education, business development, and culture transformation, her work focuses on helping leaders and organizations navigate the future of work without sacrificing mental health, ethical clarity, or human dignity.
Her approach combines neuroscience, emotional intelligence, systems thinking, and regenerative design to support healthier digital cultures in the age of AI, automation, and emerging technologies. Through workshops, advisory work, and ecosystem design, she helps founders, leadership teams, and institutions integrate technology in ways that strengthen resilience, creativity, trust, and long-term human flourishing.
Melisa is the founder of the Human-Centered AI & Learning Lab, CIC’s education and transformation division focused on leadership development, ethical AI adoption, nervous system-aware facilitation, and future-of-work learning experiences.
