Hi, I'm Melisa Teoh, a marketing practitioner and certified leadership coach building useful brands in a connected age, creating useful products and great customer experiences that improve lives and deliver commercial results.

I help investors, founders, CEOs build brands that are fundamentally relevant, useful and worth talking about. I also help successful leaders become even more successful and build their personal leadership brand equity. I led teams to build, manage, launch and relaunch brands across multiple industries within the Asia Pacific region. During the course of my career, I marketed life and car insurance, retail banks, telco providers, hotel chains, airlines, oil and gas, schools, shampoos, conditioners, hair colourant, coffees, teas, and creamers. I founded three small businesses as a result of the desire to explore new ways to create value, been on both agency and client side, corporate and start-up: handled the full spectrum of B2B and B2C marketing including customer experience, product innovation, brand development, PR, offline and digital marketing, agency management.

I am a member of the APAC jury for the Effie Awards, a mentor of the Startupbootcamp FinTech, a certified Marshall Goldsmith coach and a volunteer life coach for the Asiaworks Leadership Program where I coach teams and individuals to stretch beyond their personal boundaries to achieve personal and professional goals.
